这座260㎡的意式轻奢宅，以挑空的气势、克制的色彩、考究的材质，营造出一种无声的高级感。在这里，每一寸空间都在诉说着设计的温度，每一束光影都藏着生活的格调。

层高之上的奢华仪式感

A sense of luxury and ritual above the ceiling

客厅 步入客厅，挑空设计让空间瞬间释放出磅礴气势。水晶吊灯悬挂于空中，宛如流动的光影艺术，静静点亮空间的奢华感。大面积拼接大理石墙面，冷峻而富有力量感，搭配暗调木饰面与金属元素，刚柔并济，低调而不失奢雅。

Stepping into the living room, the hollow design instantly releases the majestic momentum of the space. Crystal chandeliers hang in the air, like a flowing art of light and shadow, quietly lighting up the luxurious sense of space. The large area of spliced marble wall is cold and powerful, with dark wood veneer and metal elements, which is both rigid and soft, low-key and luxurious.

沙发区则巧妙运用了墨绿色与灰色调，在高级感之中融入一丝温润，让空间更具层次。阳光洒落，光影交错，仿佛一场视觉与触觉的盛宴，让人沉浸其中，感受轻奢生活的独特韵律。

The sofa area cleverly uses dark green and gray tones, injecting a touch of warmth into the sense of luxury, making the space more layered. The sun is sprinkled and the light and shadow are intertwined, like a visual and tactile feast, which makes people immersed in it and feel the unique rhythm of light luxury life.

艺术与生活的交汇点

The intersection of art and life

餐厅 食不仅仅是味觉的享受，更是空间设计的一部分。开放式餐厨布局，将社交与生活紧密融合。中央岛台以天然大理石铺就，线条流畅、肌理细腻，成为整个空间的视觉焦点。

Food is not only a taste enjoyment, but also a part of the space design. The open kitchen layout closely integrates social and life. The central island is paved with natural marble, with smooth lines and delicate textures, which becomes the visual focus of the entire space.

休闲区 步入其中，天花板上的圆形顶灯散发着柔和的光，照亮整个空间。靠墙一侧是整面的开放式书架，陈列着各类书籍、艺术品和摆件，既实用又极具装饰性，彰显出主人的文化品味与艺术修养。书架下方的灯光设计，更是为其增添了一份精致感。

Step inside, and a round ceiling light on the ceiling emits a soft light that illuminates the entire space. On one side of the wall is an open bookshelf with a variety of books, artworks and ornaments, which are both practical and decorative, highlighting the owner's cultural taste and artistic accomplishment. The lighting design under the bookshelf adds a sense of sophistication to it.

在温柔光影中沉入梦境

Sink into a dream in gentle light and shadow

主卧 主卧以高级灰为主基调，低饱和度的软装搭配柔和灯光，打造出极具质感的沉浸式睡眠空间。墙面细腻的材质、床头的精致装饰，都在无声诉说着主人的品味。夜幕降临，卸下一天的疲惫，在这片静谧天地里，尽享属于自己的悠然时光。

The master bedroom is based on high-grade gray, and the low-saturation soft furnishings are matched with soft lighting to create an immersive sleeping space with great texture. The delicate materials of the walls and the delicate decoration of the bedside are all silently telling the owner's taste. When night falls, unload the fatigue of the day and enjoy your own leisurely time in this quiet world.

次卧  次卧则更倾向于温暖与舒适。米白色与木色交融，搭配柔软的床品与线性灯光，温馨感油然而生。极简的设计，让空间更显宁静，让心灵在繁忙的都市中找到一片安放之所。

The second bedroom is more warm and cozy. Off-white and woody tones are combined with soft bedding and linear lighting. The minimalist design makes the space more tranquil and allows the soul to find a place to rest in the busy city.
